Vita TV

Everyone already knew that the PS Vita TV would be capable of playing Vita, PSP, and PS One games out of the box. We also knew that it would have the capabilities to stream PlayStation 4 games when both systems are connected to an Internet connection. This morning, we can add another possibility to that list.

Sony Computer Entertainment CEO Andrew House confirmed during a round table meeting that the PS Vita TV was “Technically” capable of streaming PlayStation 3 games via Gaikai. While this is a possibility that many had speculated about since the PS Vita TV was announced at Sony’s pre-TGS press conference, this is the first time that someone from Sony has confirmed it is even being considered.

Are you grabbing a PS Vita TV? Does the possibility of streaming PS3 games put it over the edge for you? Still not sold? Let us know in the comments.

So instead of having two PS4/3 in the house we can get one for the living room and then use the Vita TV deal for the bedrooms.
