As titles like Mass Effect have proven, consumers love games that offer a lot of player choice and shape themselves based on these choices. Luckily for us, it appears The Witcher 3 offers a lot of choices.
In a recent interview with IGN, CD Projekt co-founder Marcin Iwinski revealed just how important player choice would be in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. “We don’t tell you what matters and what doesn’t, as your actions in the game speak far louder than words,” says Iwinski about player influence, claiming that there are “36 different endings in Wild Hunt.”
Iwinski claims that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt takes at minimum 50 hours to complete and can last upwards of 120 hours if players choose to engage in the many side quests the title offers. The CD Projekt co-founder also promises the most beautiful game possible, saying that The Witcher 3 will strive to push the PlayStation 4 to its limits.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is scheduled to release later in 2014.
