Nintendo systems aren’t exactly known for their robust online infrastructures, but even the grumpiest Wii U owner would be willing to admit that the Miiverse service is pretty nifty. Each game, and even whole franchises, get their own little communities where players can post pictures and play tips. Other users can click on a Yeah! button, which is pretty much a Facebook Like button. It’s silly, but some pretty great things have come from it.
Anyway, you no longer have to be tethered to your console to experience any of it. As of today, you’ll be able to browse through Miiverse on your PC or mobile web browser. You won’t be able to draw and upload pics, but you can surf through communities to leave comments and Yeahs.
